What they need
ตำแหน่ง Sales Supervisor
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลและบริหารทีมขายจำนวน 3–4 คน ให้สามารถทำยอดได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- กำหนดเป้าหมาย ติดตามยอดขาย และประเมินผลงานของทีม
- วางระบบการติดตามลูกค้า ใบเสนอราคา และ Sales Pipeline
- ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยทีมเจรจาปิดการขาย
- หาลูกค้าใหม่ พร้อมดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย สภาพตลาด และคู่แข่ง เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงการทำงาน
- จัดทำรายงานและสรุปผลการขายต่อผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์งานขาย B2B อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลหรือบริหารทีมขาย
- มีทักษะการเจรจา การนำเสนอ และการปิดการขาย
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถวางแผนและผลักดันทีมให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel หรือ Google Sheets ในการจัดทำรายงานได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ขายน็อต สกรู Fastener วัสดุก่อสร้าง หรือสินค้าอุตสาหกรรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
