SALES SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to join our growing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and monitor 4 Van Sales teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Plan and monitor Van Sales routes, outlet coverage and daily sales performance.
• Manage and develop Modern Trade accounts, including sales activities, promotions, stock availability and merchandising.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong execution at outlet level.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Prepare sales reports, performance updates and market feedback.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery operations.

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Consumer Products.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in Van Sales and/or Modern Trade is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a field sales team.
• Result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular market visits.
