We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join the team. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and leading our retail operations. As Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing staff performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and achieve departmental sales goals
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional development
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control and merchandising standards
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and present findings to senior management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment compliant with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within retail or consumer products
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in using sales management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed business decisions
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving capabilities
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Preferably, experience in managing multiple departments or large-scale retail operations
