About the role
Responsible for management of all roofing Specialist Dealers. Develops good long term relationships with owner and key offices of all key account and decision makers.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and recommend selling price to the Sales Manager
- Provide data marketing and finance for them to develop pricing strategies
- Reactivate dormant accounts, grow existing accounts and develop new customer
- Establish and recommend performance parameter for PSR and assure achievement of the Sales target of the Sales Team
- Recommend approval of Sales Order over approving authority to Sales Manager
- Monitor market situation in assigned area, including competitors activities and recommend strategies to maintain market dominance
- Assure that the PSR maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
