Sales Supervisor

About the role

Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve sales targets. Develop strategies and work plans to improve sales performance. Monitor and evaluate Sales team performance regularly. Provide coaching, briefing, and motivation to the Sales team. Ensure the sales process runs in accordance with company standards and procedures. Analyze market, competitors, and sales opportunities in the work area. Create reports and monitor team target achievement. Maintain good relationships with customers and assist in resolving obstacles in the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales team in achieving sales targets
• Develop strategies and work plans to improve sales achievement
• Monitor and evaluate Sales team performance regularly
• Provide coaching, briefing, and motivation to the Sales team
• Ensure sales processes comply with company standards and procedures
• Analyze market, competitors, and sales opportunities in the work area
• Create reports and monitor team target achievement
• Maintain good customer relationships and assist in resolving sales process obstacles

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK, D3/S1 education, all majors Highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Sales, with experience as Sales Supervisor being an added value
• Experience leading and managing a Sales team
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Accustomed to working with targets and sales achievement
• Good track record of achieving targets
• Preferably have awards or achievements as Best Sales, Best SPV, or Top Performer
• Able to communicate in English for work purposes
• Target-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and able to work under pressure
