Sales Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales supervisory experience, with proven experience managing direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of the Visayas territory, with willingness and ability to handle key areas such as Cebu, Negros, Panay, Bohol, and other provinces across the Visayas.
• Proven experience in direct selling, distribution, and sub-distributor (SUBD) operations.
• Experience handling and developing local key accounts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and MS Office skills; highly results-oriented and willing to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales, distribution, and territory targets.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Oversee territory coverage, direct-selling activities, and SUBD performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through training, field coaching, and daily team connects.
• Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and execution of company programs and policies.
