Sales Supervisor

Supervise the daily operations of the retail store or outlet, leading and coaching retail sales executives and sales coordinators to achieve monthly and daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the retail store or outlet
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of retail sales executive and sales coordinator
• Ensure monthly and daily sales targets are achieved
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse
• Conduct reconciliation and ensure accurate sales reporting
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Prepare sales, inventory, and staff performance reports for management
• Implement company policies, promotions, and operational procedures
• Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in retail or FMCG
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory control, and Microsoft Excel
• Can start immediately
