Job Descriptions

• Develop a plan of sales targets for the year and achieve established quarterly and annual sales targets. 制定全年销售目标计划，达成既定季度、年度销售目标
• Collect market information, monitor competitors and market trends, and develop new sales opportunities in existing and new markets. 收集市场信息，关注竞争对手及市场发展趋势，在现有的和新的市场中，拓展新的销售机会
• According to customer needs, combined with the company's products and services, to provide customized solutions, highlighting the competitive advantage. 根据客户需求，结合公司产品和服务，提供定制化解决方案，突出竞争优势
• Participate in bidding activities, prepare proposals, complete client proposals, drive projects to the ground and secure client sign-ups. 参与投标活动，编写方案，完成客户提案，推动项目落地，确保客户签约
• Maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships, handling after-sales service 维护并加强现有的客户关系，处理售后服务

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing and other related disciplines 本科以上学历，优先考虑市场营销等相关专业
• Good communication of English, sales experience in testing and service industry is preferred. 英语良好，有检测以及服务性行业销售工作经验优先
• Above 3 years of sales experience in carbon neutral services or energy technology 3年以上碳中和服务或能源技术领域销售经验
• Honesty and integrity, strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, planning and execution skills 诚实守信，有较强的人际交往能力，沟通表达能力，计划与执行能力
• Passionate, responsible and able to work under pressure 工作富有激情，责任心强，能在压力下工作
• Able to study diligently, hard-working and have a good teamwork spirit 能勤奋学习，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神
