Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

* Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Monitor sales performance and market trends.

* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

* Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.

* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.

* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

* Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
