Job Summary

ENCORE Leasing & Finance Corporation is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales team in Angeles, Pampanga. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, leadership, and business development, with the ability to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, clients, and business partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure timely servicing and renewal of existing accounts.
• Process loan applications and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Conduct pre-credit investigations and verify applicant information.
• Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking, automotive, financing, or lending industry.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle or car.
• Willing to travel and perform 100% fieldwork.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
