Sales Supervisor

You will shape and run our sales activity in Spain: growing the customer portfolio, improving conversion and retention, and making sure every customer has a great experience from the very first contact. You will work closely with the local management team and our Riga headquarters.

How You'll Make an Impact

Team Leadership

• Report to the COO and lead, coach and motivate the sales team to reach and beat its targets
• Set clear goals, KPIs and incentives, and run regular 1:1s and team meetings
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and team scheduling, including peak times and campaigns

Sales Growth & Customer Experience

• Build and carry out sales plans that drive revenue, profitability and portfolio growth
• Turn market insights, customer behaviour and competitor activity into concrete commercial actions
• Develop segmentation, retention, cross-sell, upsell and reactivation initiatives
• Act as the escalation point for complex or high-impact customer cases

Operations & Performance

• Own day-to-day sales operations and make sure SLAs, KPIs and quality standards are met
• Track conversion, approval-to-disbursement, repeat customer rate, sales volume, productivity and customer satisfaction
• Fix bottlenecks with better tools, processes and automation, in full compliance with Spanish regulation and internal policies

Reporting & Collaboration

• Prepare forecasts, budgets and performance reports for local management and the Riga HQ
• Represent Sales in leadership meetings and cross-department projects (Risk, Marketing, Customer Service, DC)

What You Bring to the Table

• Full proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken
• Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition or commercial management, ideally in fintech, banking, insurance or telecoms
• Experience leading teams and driving performance through clear goals and KPIs
• An analytical, commercial mindset, and confidence with CRM and data tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field
• Call center or telesales experience is an advantage
