Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve sales targets, develop business opportunities, and contribute to overall company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and performance goals
• Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Coach team members and improve overall sales performance
• Identify new clients and business opportunities
• Handle customer concerns and sales-related issues
• Support and monitor field sales activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

About you

• At least 3 years of sales experience
• Sales supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in upselling, business development, or client acquisition is an advantage
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license required
• Able and confident to drive a 4-wheel vehicle for client visits, field sales activities, meetings, and other business-related assignments
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday and perform fieldwork
• Willing to work in Pulilan, Bulacan
• Available to start ASAP
