Sales Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop marketing strategies to compete with other companies who sell insurance;

• Follow the market trends and continuously refurbish knowledge on products and services;

• Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals;

• Develop good working relationships with underwriters, sales and other teams involved in the process of Brokering;

• Offer various types of insurance policies to brokers including automobile, fire, property insurance, or specialised policies such as marine, casualty, personal accident among others;

• Explains features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote the products;

• Customize insurance programmes to suit brokers-partners, often covering a variety of risks;

• Contact brokers to deliver and explain policy, to analyse insurance programmes and suggest additions or changes;

• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary documentations and the completion of appropriate forms;

• Do product presentation, conduct business review and roadshow with the broker

• Assists collection team with the premium collectibles beyond the agreed credit term.

• Monitor claims to ensure they are settled timely and accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year business related courses
• At least 5 years experience in Sales, preferable those who had experience in insurance industry.
• Experience in collaborating with partner broker agents.
• Excellent communication and sales skills

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
