Sales Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees manpower, sales, and distribution operations to ensure effective market coverage, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies. Develops and executes business strategies, monitors costs, cash flow, and performance, and ensures accurate reporting. Enforces merchandising, pricing, and operational standards across all distribution channels.

Qualification:

• A Degree holder in Business, Economic and other related course
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills
• Above average Numerical and Analytical skills
• Has relevant leadership and supervisory experience of not less than 2 years
• Highly motivated, and capable in working under pressure.
