About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee distributor management and drive business expansion across the Southern region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Management: Manage key distributor operations (Fimmex) and conduct regular business reviews.
- Business Expansion: Expand trade presence across Seremban, Melaka, Gemas, and Muar.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop actionable sales plans and execute revenue-driven strategies.
- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team / DSRs.
- Operational Problem Solving: Oversee daily sales operations, business planning, and operational troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in Distributor Management.
- Trade experience within the Southern region market.
- Experience in the Personal Care / FMCG sector (current or prior background).
