Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and review volume / performance of existing customers independently
• Expand the business volume with existing clients
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with clients
• Prepare the rate card and insert into the system
• Handle the enquiries from customers and provide related solutions
• Provide meeting recap to mentor after sales visit
• Assist the mentor in developing and implementing sales and marketing activities
• Achieve assign KPIs growth

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Business Administration / Logistics / Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at shipping industries preferably with solid experience in sales management
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A good team player, proactive, sensitive to figures and result-oriented
• Outgoing and is willing to get in touch with customers
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
