Sales Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Hardware Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff, and inventory at our Home Hardware Store in Newman WA, this is a hands on position. This is a full-time position with housing, phone & vehicle provided. We operate over a 7 day period

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and support hardware store staff

·         Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory

·         Ensure high standards of customer service

·         Oversee daily operations and workplace safety

·         Liaise with management and suppliers

·         Counter sales

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in a hardware or similar environment preferred

·         Supervisory experience preferred

·         Must have current driver’s licence

·         Forklift licence preferred or ability to attain

·         MR licence desirable

·         Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and equipment

·         Small engine knowledge desirable

·         Good leadership and communication skills

·         Able to work in fast paced environment

·         Must be physically fit

·         Great attention to details, with focus on accuracy & efficiency

·         Computer literacy is a must
