Sales Supervisor

• Supervise and guide marketing staff in daily sales activities.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and expand the client network for egg sales.
• Oversee operations and coordination across all egg depots.
• Monitor egg inventory, stock levels, and product movement.
• Track sales performance, customer accounts, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with farm operations and other departments to ensure smooth egg distribution.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and marketing reports for management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the agricultural or livestock industry.
• Experience in customer relationship management, sales growth, and account development.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic report preparation.
• Willing to work in a layer farm environment and coordinate with multiple egg depots.
