SALES SUPERVISOR

Empire Material Solution Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our growing team!

We specialize in the importation and trading of raw materials for food ingredients, feeds, and other related industries. We are seeking a sales professional with B2B experience who can help expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of sales experience in raw materials for food ingredients, feeds, or related industries.
• B2B sales experience is required.
• Experience in selling raw materials to manufacturers, feed producers, or other industrial clients is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a small, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales activities and help achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
• Monitor sales performance, customer accounts, and market trends.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and expand market reach.

Work Setup: Full-time, On-site
