About the role
Sales Supervisor position for a distributor of an International Brand, responsible for managing sales operations and strategy in assigned areas.
Key responsibilities
- Create and design strategies for sales improvement in the assigned area
- Conduct routine operational visits (store visits) to 10 stores in the area
- Manage sales supervision activities with high mobility
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education from any major
- Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor in cosmetics/skincare/FMCG sector
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss)
- Leadership capability, good communication skills, and high integrity
- Willing to be placed in Bandung Area and East Priangan region
- Willing to work with high mobility for routine operational visits
