What they need
Working hours - 6 days per week, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and supervise staff performance
- Ensure team follows company SOP and sales direction
- Prepare staff duty roster and monitor attendance/KPI
- Achieve outlet sales targets and improve performance
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints
- Monitor stock levels and conduct stock checks
- Plan and support marketing & promotional activities
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
- Maintain good communication between staff and management
- Support branch rotation when required
Requirements:
- Min 1 year Sales experience
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
