Sales Supervisor

About the role

Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to drive business growth. Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets. Expand sales channels across traditional trade, modern trade, export, online, and hospitality sectors. Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships. Analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and prepare sales forecasts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective sales operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in textile, garment, interior products, or related manufacturing industries
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing or developing a sales team
• Strong business development, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Target-driven, analytical, and results-oriented
• Good command of English and willingness to travel as required
