Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving and increasing the sales team’s sell-in and sell-out performance.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team through coaching, training, and field assistance.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, programs, and promotional activities in the assigned area.
• Manage relationships with customers and dealer owners, while expanding market coverage through new dealer acquisition.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews with the team, either offline or online, covering achievements, challenges, and action plans.
• Monitor product stock, distribution, and sell-out performance at partner dealers.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of promoters assigned to partner dealers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the electronics or home appliance industry.
• Previous experience in leading or supervising a sales team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-out, dealer management, and market development.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).
• Willing to travel for business across assigned areas and other regions of Indonesia as required.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
