Ryan Lawn & Tree is looking for three Branch Sales Supervisors, one for each of the following locations: Shawnee, Overland Park, and Kansas City, MO. As a Branch Sales supervisor you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Consultants. You’ll combine hands-on sales leadership with pipeline management and team development to increase revenue, keep customers happy, and deliver consistent, consultative sales experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of at least five Sales Consultants, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Drive revenue growth, recurring-service sales, customer retention, referrals, and new-customer acquisition
• Manage sales pipelines in Salesforce, including follow-up, forecasting, and lead distribution
• Help your team navigate complex opportunities and resolve customer concerns
• Partner with branch leadership and model Ryan values of professionalism, teamwork, safety, and a customer-first mindset

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Leadership, team coaching, or sales management experience
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Service-based sales experience preferred; green industry experience is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet company driving requirements
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work outdoors, and travel locally as needed
