About the role
Responsible for managing and supervising the Sales Team; attaining or exceeding current and long-range sales and profit goals in accordance with the unit plans, programs and budget; ensuring that the established standards of performance are met by the sales unit and in accordance with the Operations and Control Team.
About you
- A graduate in business management or any business related course
- At least two (2) years of field sales management experience in FMCG environment
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge in accounting procedures
- Knowledgeable with labor laws
