SALES SUPERVISOR

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead, monitor, and evaluate the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and precast concrete industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and report sales performance regularly.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Oversee the preparation of quotations, follow up on tenders, and monitor project progress from inquiry to order realization.

Syarat & Keahlian

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of project sales, tender processes, and commercial negotiations.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to travel for business purposes as required.

Pengalaman

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, precast concrete, building materials, or infrastructure industries.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
