Hired Position - Sales Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Supervisor with a strong background in the Food & Beverage / Food Distribution industry. In this role, you will lead sales efforts, expand market presence, build key client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key commercial channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and expand client accounts across food retail, food services, and hospitality sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and secure product listings.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and chefs/purchasing managers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and inventory demand to optimize product velocity.
• Provide sales reports, forecasting updates, and revenue tracking to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Sales within the Food Industry / Food Distribution in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Priority Qualification: HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, & Catering) sales experience will be given top priority.
• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, close deals, and exceed targets.
• Communication: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client management skills in English.
• Mobility: Valid UAE Driver's License preferred.
