Sales Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in General Trade Sales supervision
• Experience in poultry, meat distribution, FMCG, or food industry is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of route planning, territory management, and field sales operations
• Familiar with inventory monitoring and basic profit analysis
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor Van Sales Operations, ensuring route productivity and daily sales target achievement
• Oversee Live Sales operations, coordinating with Dressing Plant production for accurate volume forecasting
• Manage territory coverage, route planning, and account development within assigned areas
• Ensure proper product handling to maintain quality and reduce shrinkage, spoilage, and weight loss
• Monitor daily inventory loading, unloading, and reconciliation of sales and returns
• Review Daily Sales Reports (DSR), collection efficiency, and outstanding balances
• Coach and guide Van Salesmen and Sales Agents to improve selling techniques and customer acquisition
• Expand distribution by opening new general trade accounts (wet markets, mini groceries, sari-sari stores, etc.)
• Coordinate with Logistics for timely delivery and efficient truck utilization
• Work closely with Finance to ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and collection monitoring
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and recommend strategic adjustments
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, trade promotions, and credit policies
