Sales Supervisor – Telecommunications

We’re partnering with a multinational BPO company looking for a Sales Supervisor to join its telecommunications operation in Pereira. We’re looking for someone who can lead teams, drive sales performance, and help achieve operational and commercial goals.

Location: Pereira, Colombia

Work Model: 100% On-site

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Recent, hands-on experience working with telecommunications accounts or campaigns.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, ideally within sales operations.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and team performance.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
