Sales Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Supervise and coordinate the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners. Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare regular sales reports. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners
• Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare regular sales reports
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team to improve performance
• Handle other sales-related tasks as assigned

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Good customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to work in North Jakarta
