SALES SUPERVISOR ( PASAY)

Job Qualification

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Must be five (5) years working experience in a related field, preferably in FMCG or Food Industry
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
• Willing to do fieldwork (Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute programs and external marketing.
• Research competition as well as the local community, summarize outcomes for the store plus regional leadership as needed.
• Measure, analyze, and evaluate programs as required.
• Support, participate, and present feedback in broad promotions.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
• Provide sales expertise, data, and department process improvements.
• supervise and train sales staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
