The Role:

To allow an internally promoted salesman or an employee from similar lower positions to perform the supervisor role in his designated area under close supervision and guidance of a manager or assigned mentor to ensure smooth transition to his supervisory management role with clear focus on Company’s growth objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years’ experience in van sales.
• English proficiency.
• Computer skills.
• Driving License
• Competencies such as; Supervisory skills, Numerical & analytical, Communication & interpersonal skills, Team building & leading, Customer focus/ relation
