Sales Supervisor - UAE

Fragrance Du Bois is seeking a results-driven UAE Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail sales operations, lead our Beauty Advisors and drive business growth across our points of sale in the UAE. We are looking for a hands-on luxury retail professional with a strong background in niche fragrances, department stores and team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supervise and develop Beauty Advisors across UAE retail locations.

2. Drive sales performance and achieve sell-out targets and KPIs.

3. Monitor daily sales, productivity, stock levels and product availability.

4. Build strong relationships with department store management and retail partners.

5. Conduct regular store visits to ensure excellent sales execution and brand presentation.

6. Deliver product training, coaching and performance development for the team.

7. Coordinate product launches, in-store activations and client engagement initiatives.

8. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and luxury service standards.

9. Analyse sales reports, identify business opportunities and implement action plans.

10. Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury fragrance or beauty retail.

2. Previous experience with niche fragrance brands and department stores in the UAE is essential.

3. Proven experience managing or supervising retail teams.

4. Strong understanding of sales KPIs, clienteling and luxury customer experience.

5. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Commercially driven, organised and proactive.

7. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

8. Must be based in the UAE and available to travel between retail locations.
