Role Summary

A Sales Supervisor responsible for leading, coaching, and supervising a sales team to achieve targets, while coordinating sales activities, customer handling, and performance reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales agents to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Implement sales strategies and field activities to drive growth.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing for promos and campaigns.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and provide performance updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom or a related industry.
• With supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Can handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and work in the field as needed.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
