- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets by executing strategic sales plans and local promotions.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise front-line sales and counter staff to deliver courteous customer service.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels using just-in-time (JIT) ordering, rotate stock, and minimize product wastage and returns.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback, build accounts, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
