Sales Support Admin

Job Description:

• Prepare sales, stock, and shipment reports for management review.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock ordering to ensure availability.
• Liaise with shippers, forwarders, and internal teams on shipment arrangements and delivery status.
• Handle shipment discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant parties.
• Assist in import and export permit applications and documentation.
• Maintain proper records of sales, shipping, and related documents.
• Provide sales and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as and when requested by management.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with principals.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
