Sales Support / Admin

• Prepare and issue sales quotations based on customer inquiries and sales team requests
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, or in person to follow up on quotations and answer basic inquiries
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and payments
• Manage sales transactions by issuing Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Sales Invoices
• Assist in the arrangement of shipping and logistic matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and inventory data
• Ensure timely delivery of all sales transactions
• Maintain and update customer records and quotation databases
• Support in handling customer complaints or forwarding them to the appropriate team

Requirements:

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
2. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. At least 1 year of work experience in Administration, Sales, or a related field. Knowledge of the Autocount System is an added advantage.
4. Effective communication skills with all related departments
5. Attention to details and strong problem-solving skill.
6. Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
