Sales Support Analyst

About the role

This position will focus on data management, report preparation, sales performance monitoring, and coordination with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all processes run effectively and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regular sales reports
• Process and analyze sales data to support business decision-making
• Monitor sales target achievement by area, outlet, and product category
• Maintain the accuracy and consistency of data used by the sales team and management
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding sales activities, stock availability, and operational requirements
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes
• Identify sales trends, growth opportunities, and areas requiring improvement
• Support the implementation of promotional programs and field marketing activities
• Prepare reports and data required by management in a timely manner
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the sales function

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from any major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Business Support, or a similar role
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and highly attentive to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to coordinate effectively with various functions across the organization
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and able to process and analyze data independently
