Sales Support Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide application support and system administration.

• Provide support for small-scale ERP systems and handle user enquiries.

• Conduct IT Procurement

• Provide system and data support to the Sales Department.

• Prepare management reports and ad hoc data extraction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in technical support or system administration is preferred.

• ERP support experience is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

• Willing to work during non-office hours occasionally
