Sales Support & Coordination Executive (Export)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform order processing including planning and arrangement of delivery including liaise with forwarders/shipping lines.
• Liaise with distributors/dealers/plantations on product enquiry and price quote (Eg : East Malaysia market)
• Handling of ad-hoc export shipments and documentations
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers
• Issue Invoices and Delivery Order (as support when required)
• Perform ad-hoc assignments (eg : sales events brochures, exhiibitions preparation : )
• Support sales team on sales coordination and administrative work

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration or Degree in any Science discipline is an added advantage.
• Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel & Power point, Adobe)
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or multitasking experience.
• Able to work under minimal supervision, detail orientated, self-driven and initiative.
