As our Sales Support & Customer Co-ordinator, you’re part of the pit crew that keeps everything moving – looking after our customers, keeping the detail on track, solving problems and making sure our Sales team has what they need to perform at their best.

What you’ll be doing

No two days will be quite the same. You’ll be working closely with your regional sales management Sales team, customers and operational teams across the business. You’ll:

• Support the Sales team with day today administration and coordination.
• Prepare rate cards, customer documentation, proposals, presentations and other sales material.
• Coordinate new customer onboarding and implementation, making sure the right information gets to the right people.
• Be a point of contact for customers, helping with queries around consignments, claims, bookings and those inevitable “we need this sorted urgently” moments.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity information in our CRM.
• Assist with customer reporting, meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Look for practical ways to make our sales processes simpler, more consistent and more efficient.

What we’re looking for

We’re open-minded about what your background looks like.

You might already be experienced in Sales Support, customer service, account coordination or administration and be looking for your next move. Or you might have no sales experience at all, but have the energy, attitude and people skills to build a career in sales and just need someone to give you the opportunity.

What matters most to us is that you’re naturally organised, enjoy dealing with people, take pride in getting things sorted and aren’t afraid to get stuck in. You’ll be confident dealing directly with customers, comfortable following up people across the business and able to stay calm when something needs attention quickly.

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office will be useful, and experience in transport, logistics or another fast-moving operational environment would be an advantage – but it’s not essential.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through and finds a way.
