What they need
- To oversee all customers, including customer requirements, and share any new updates with the team.
- To monitor Sales Support activities and ensure a smooth process.
- To review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels to ensure customer order fulfilment.
- To handle customer escalations and complaints, and work closely with the related departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To liaise with sales personnel on returned and damaged goods.
- To coordinate with the Sales Manager on quotations and the latest selling prices, if any.
- To support the tracking and follow-up of pallet deliveries and returns.
- To assist with call-in enquiries.
- To provide daily and monthly sales reports to the relevant departments.
- To analyze and initiate improvements in customer order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- To undertake special tasks on an ad hoc basis when required.
- To take reasonable care of personal safety and health, as well as the safety and health of others who may be affected by work activities.
- To cooperate with the employer's occupational safety and health requirements.
- To comply with all occupational safety and health instructions, procedures, and measures implemented by the employer.
- To wear or use the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to prevent safety and health risks.
