- Employment Type: Full-time
- We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to join our team and assist the sales department in managing customers, quotations, documentation, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Assist the sales team with daily operations and customer requirements
- • Prepare quotations, proposals and related documents
- • Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams
- • Follow up with customers regarding documents, payments and policy requirements
- • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- • Update CRM/Excel reports and track pending cases
- • Coordinate policy issuance, renewals and endorsements
- • Support the sales team in achieving targets
- • Handle customer queries professionally
- • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Requirements:
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills
- • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- • Good organizational and follow-up skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- • Previous experience in sales support/insurance is an advantage
- • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
