Sales Support

• Assist the sales team with customer communication and documentation
• Prepare freight quotations and service proposals
• Follow up inquiries from customers and overseas agents
• Coordinate with operations, customs, trucking, and warehouse teams
• Maintain customer databases and shipment records
• Support RFQ/tender submissions
• Monitor shipment status and update customers
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities

Pricing

Request and negotiate rates from:

• Airlines

• Calculate selling rates and profit margins
• Update tariff/rate sheets regularly
• Analyze market freight trends and competitor pricing
