Sales Support Assistant

Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, faxes and other correspondence channels.

• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, follow up on payments and communicate price updates to customers.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

• Coordinate the delivery of samples, documents and finished products to local and overseas customers.

• Prepare shipping and export documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Letter of Credit (LC) and other relevant documents.

• Liaise with the Production Planning Department to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales, deliveries and customer orders.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management.

• Comply with company policies, procedures and requirements, and support departmental or organisational needs as required.
