Sales Support Assistant

About the role

A customer service role focused on handling merchandise exchanges, returns, and customer inquiries. You will manage customer complaints, process transactions, handle incoming calls, and ensure customer satisfaction across all interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Handle internal and external incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers
• Assist customers effectively by solving customer disputes
• Provide customers with additional information or explain services
• Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction
• Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
• Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required
• Accurately capture customer information and create and maintain service reports
• Handle Harvey Norman Voucher sales to customers if needed
• Comply all documentation of each department and send it thru ITN for Human Resources and Finance Department
• Complete forms, determine charges for service or merchandise requested, prepare order and delivery records and complete merchandise returns

About you

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
