Sales Support Assistant (Premium Kitchenware)

About the role

We are seeking a service-oriented, proactive, and dependable Sales Support Assistant to join a dynamic retail team in Singapore for an established global lifestyle brand specialising in premium, high-performance smart kitchen appliances and luxury home products.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily store activities to maintain a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for visitors
• Maintain pristine store tidiness, ensuring product displays, shelves, and counters meet high brand standards
• Proactively greet and assist customers, providing basic product information and answering queries
• Assist in the preparation, ingredient replenishment, and setup for in-store cooking classes and product demonstrations
• Maintain strict cleanliness in all food preparation areas before and after sessions
• Eagerly learn to operate the store's flagship smart kitchen appliances to effectively support customer interactions and events
• Perform cashiering duties accurately, managing sales transactions, payments, receipts, and counter setup
• Handle incoming deliveries, verify quantities against documentation, report low stock, and assist with periodic inventory counts

About you

• Minimum secondary school qualification, ITE, or equivalent practical experience
• Basic numeracy and confidence in handling cash registry/POS systems
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn
• Ready to work hands-on in a premium retail space and open to learning smart appliance operations
• Prior experience in F&B, store operations, or premium customer-facing environments is highly preferred
• Past exposure to supporting retail events, culinary workshops, or handling stock count processes is preferred
