Sales Support Associate

We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to provide administrative, reporting, and operational support to our Sales Team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
• Experience in Sales or Sales Support is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic Excel formulas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, databases, and other sales-related documents
• Monitor sales activities, bookings, KPIs, and account information
• Assist in sales data analysis and reporting
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team
• Assist in account management and after-sales support
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments as needed
