Sales Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end sales process from generating quotes to securing Purchase Orders (POs).
• Communicate effectively via email, video calls, and chat with both internal US sales teams and international clients across Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Maintain strong client relationships through timely and strategic follow-ups to drive business forward.
• Continuously evaluate workflows and propose strategic improvements to enhance efficiency.

What you will bring in:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Ideally with 1-2 years relevant experience as a Sales Support/Admin (above scope)
• Experience from Supply Chain/Logistics/Tech Industries (or B2B sales environment) will be an advantage!
• Experienced in MS Teams and Outlook and Google Workspace
• Proficient in MS Excel – basic functions like computations (add, minus, multiply, divide) and using filters are okay. Advantage if you know how to use Formulas and Pivot Tables
• Professional Emailing
• Good interpersonal skills
• Previous nightshift schedule experience is an advantage

Work Setup:

• Mondays to Fridays only
• Full Onsite (MOA, Five Ecom) – close collaboration with the local team and continuous coaching for upskilling
• Nightshift – close collaboration with US team
