Sales Support Associate

About the role

A growing Australian B2B business is looking for a confident, well-spoken Sales Support Associate to work with our Australian sales team. You'll cold call Australian businesses, book appointments for our Sales Reps, and keep their calendars, HubSpot records and reporting in top shape – so they can spend their time in front of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call Australian businesses to generate interest and book appointments for the Sales Reps
• Manage and book out the Sales Reps' calendars
• Enter meeting notes and photos into HubSpot after each rep meeting
• Create and update deals in HubSpot so the pipeline stays accurate
• Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Reps
• Follow up clients by phone and email to keep opportunities moving

About you

• Excellent spoken and written English – clear, confident and easily understood by Australian clients
• Cold calling and appointment-setting experience, ideally with Australian clients
• Experience working for an Australian company
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience, plus Microsoft Office
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-up habits
• Comfortable working to KPIs such as call and appointment targets
